Numerous Sustainable design features were incorporated using green design features. Major renovations to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing and fire protection systems. Replaced and added new roof top units for storage rooms, weight rooms, server rooms, etc. Replaced air handler units in the gymnasium with the same capacity. Met ADA requirements by providing plumbing piping and fixtures per new architectural toilet layouts. This project had extensive renovation for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and last several years. This project went through DSA approval process and was designed with CHPS Guidelines.
