This is one of two facilities operated by the Santa Clara County Department of Corrections. It includes the Men's Correctional Facility and the Correctional Center for Women (CCW). The Elmwood complex houses minimum and medium security inmates. NBA staff designed the electrical power and fire protection systems for two high and medium security classrooms in the men’s and women’s facilities. Power was tied into the existing electrical panel and fire controls, and the classrooms provided space for post-incarceration job-training skills courses.
