Blowfish Sushi to Die For, Santana Row- San Jose, CA

3,000 SF sushi restaurant with additional 1,000 SF of kitchen on a first floor of a 2-story building. Provided electrical plans for power, telephone, and lighting circuiting.  Indicated circuit wire runs and circuit numbers.  Provided panel schedule. Coordinated with landlord electrical and HVAC and plumbing drawings and provided specifications. Provided fire alarm device location on the plan and tied them into the existing building fire alarm panel. Provided Title 24 lighting calculations and HVAC equipment forms for the plan check requirements. Provided plumbing drawings to show the distribution of waste, vent, HW, and CW for new men’s and women’s bathrooms.  Used under the sink instantaneous electric water heater for these bathrooms. Provided only CW and drain for the bar.  Provided HW, CW, and drain per K2 equipment drawing as provided by the architect for the kitchen and sushi bar. 
Provided gas fired hot water heater for the dishwasher in the kitchen. Provided HVAC system design (water cooled heat pumps) with individual thermostats to serve kitchen, dining room, bar and corridor areas (plans and specifications).
