This was an On Call Contract. NBA Engineering Inc. was joint ventured with Gannet Fleming.  NBA Engineering Inc. received a variety of technical service orders including feasibility study of adding new substations for MUNI on Third Street versus purchasing power from a PG&E remote location and paying a “wheeling” fee. Another scope performed was a gas system analysis on Treasure Island. This project consisted of reviewing existing files (drawings and specifications), surveying site and providing complete load analysis to determine the existing gas distribution capacity.  NBA also provided preliminary drawings and cost estimate for new gas service to buildings without gas service.
