This fire substation is a one story 8,923 sq. ft. building with three fire apparatus bays for three or more engines. Building contains living quarters, commercial kitchen with gas stove, laundry room with gas dryer and electric washers NBA provided electrical design including power and lighting design for entire fire station including HVAC equipment, electrical outlets, phone and computer jacks. Provided building electrical power to Rescue Response equipment, power for shop equipment and exhaust equipment in the apparatus floor. Provided emergency generator for the facility and lighting Title 24 calculations.
