San Francisco International Airport – Construction Management Services for the Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant - S. San Francisco, CA

The existing state-of-the-art Mel Leong Treatment Plant is a combined sanitary sewer and industrial waste water treatment plant.  NBA Engineering is a Prime Joint Venture with PMA Contractors to provide bridging documents for replacing the existing Industrial Waste Treatment Plant with a new state-of-the-art plant that can be gold certified to be issued for the design/build phase of the project and provide construction management through completion of construction by the design/build contractor. This is a $32 million project. NBA’s task is to provide HVAC, plumbing, electrical power & emergency power, bridging documents as well as design management and construction management.  We have brought on board CH2M Hill (now known as CH2M) for the preliminary design of the treatment process of the project.  We are providing a comprehensive project control and reporting system capable of complying with the reporting requirements mandated for federally-funded projects.  We are providing construction management and design liaison between bridging document designers and design/build contractor designers.
