Alice Griffith HOPE SF Project, Phase 3 - Block 1 - San Francisco, CA

Phase 3 is on approximately 1.56 acres. The development will consist of 122 Type 3 and Type 5 apartment units and town homes over a concrete at grade parking structure. The units consist of one, two and three bedroom units in four stories over the podium, three and four bedroom townhouses, and units fronting the parking structure facing the street. The project must comply with all local and state energy/sustainability requirements. Alice Griffith is part of a LEED for Neighborhood Development area established by Lennar Urban for Hunters Point Shipyard/Candlestick Point. The Phase 3 development will seek LEED for Homes Gold Certification.
